I had a challenging start arriving at the hotel, as there was no booking under my name due to an issue with the booking service. Despite this inconvenience, the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The room I received was quite comfy and extremely clean, with effective air conditioning. The location was lovely, being near Krabi Walking Street, though finding vegetarian dining options was a bit tricky. Overall, it was a good value for money once I sorted out the booking mess.
